Juvenile-In-Justice

1000’s of children and teens in the U.S. slip into the vicious cycle of the prison industrial complex each year.

Juvenile-In-Justice is a collection of images, interviews, audio, and texts drawn from the lives of more than 1,500 individuals at 300 sites across 35 states. The images shared here link directly to the Juvenile-In-Justice website. Richard Ross’ work has been used to bring awareness in congress to push for change and legislation supporting mental health for our youth.

While Juvenile-In-Justice is no longer in print, a PDF version is available in the website store.
